Donate to the cause

The GND REC has been a phased development project. We are focusing on completing Phase III which includes our capstone amenity, the urban design, streetscape skatepark. Your financial support is greatly appreciated.

Get your hands dirty.

We need volunteers to do a variety of tasks to keep the GND REC running and maintained.  Everything from picking up trash, maintaining our gardens or helping with fundraising activities.  If you can volunteer your time, please let us know what skills you may have to keep the GND REC in great shape.

Make an impact today.

We need amazing people – people like you – to help out whenever they can. Your donation, however big or small will go a long way towards making this dream a reality.

We value and take pride in our community and each of its members, education, physical activity and our environment, those who promote positive actions and give back to our community, and appreciate the opportunity to have fun as we promote service in our community and strong personal relationships between its members.

Because of the incredible generosity of the Duluth community and beyond, we have raised the following in cash and in kind contributions of labor, services and materials.  Our citizens, businesses, trade unions, foundations and the City of Duluth have been truly amazing in their support.

The GND Community Center and Recreation Area is dedicated to providing a place to be used by members of the community for social, cultural, learning and recreational purposes.

The community is in a period of transition with many new people moving to the community. The GND REC provides the catalyst for bringing the community together, benefiting young people and seniors alike while instilling an overall sense of pride throughout the community.

We can’t get this project completed without your help!
